My Favorite Type of Media

    My favorite way to consume media content is through streaming services such as YouTube, Netflix, HBO Max, and etc. Streaming services offer its user a multitude of media across the internet for a small monthly/yearly fee. These streaming services provide a variety of content, and the streaming site gets updated every week so that the audience subscribing to these services always have new media to consume. Some streaming services do not require an account or subscription which is an advantage to some people. That is why streaming services offer many advantages to its user.

To obtain media and information of what is going on currently in the world is from the internet, I often use social media and TV news broadcasts to find the new relevant sociopolitical or economic situations. Sometimes I even use news article sites like BBC News. The social media I use to acquire information is through Instagram, Quora, Reddit, and Pinterest. They often give me a variety of information and entertainment. Most of my general information and sometimes research comes from Youtube, where most things on different aspects, and niche genres you could think of are uploaded. My favorite source of entertainment from Youtube are gameplay videos, science and mathematic videos, and general news information videos. I recently started to consume political debate media, and I have started to take a liking to it. There are many ways to obtain information, Youtube and social media often help me and others gain information about genres such as politics, world perspectives, economics, games, movies, education and etc. This corroborates to why social media and news articles can help anyone obtain information.
