Almost Finished with Film Opening + Changes

 

We’re almost done, editing our film opening, and we had refilmed some scenes and added some new things in. The first thing that changed was the atmosphere and the lighting as we made it more of a darkest bluish color to make it more full of suspense and anxiousness. We also change the screen and the thud noise to a better sound and made the thriller music louder and changed it as well. We also refilmed Madeline‘s reaction to finding Lily‘s dead body, and we also added the scene of where she goes to call the police. We just have to add the title card and the credits, but it does feel like some things are missing such as the aftermath of calling the police and also voice lines for me personally. In the original script of the film opening, we were supposed to have voice lines for Madeline, but we came to agreement that we wanted to be silent and it didn’t work well, but it does seem a little incomplete. I wanted to at least added a voice over, but it did not fit with Madeline Russo‘s character. other than that, we are almost done with the film opening and we hope it turns out really good.
